CANCELLATION POLICY
We totally understand that plans can change! To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please review our policies below: -Reschedule with 12+ hour’ notice: No fee - just let us know and we’ll gladly move your appointment. -Reschedule within 12 hours of your appointment: A 25% rebooking fee will apply. The remaining balance will be applied to your reschedule appointment. -Cancellations with no reschedule date given: A 50% cancellation fee will be charged to cover reserved time and prep. -No-shows: A 100% fee of the scheduled service will be charged, as the appointment was held and could not be filled.
