CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment is very important. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, I respectfully request at least 12 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Please notify by text at 918-938-2868 ANY APPOINTMENTS CANCELLED/RESCHEDULED WITHOUT A 12 HOUR NOTICE WILL RESULT IN A 50% CHARGE AUTOMATICALLY WITHDRAWN FROM YOUR CARD ON FILE. All “no shows” will be charged 100% fee of the scheduled service.
